this nike spot (titled 'courage') ran in the olympics tonight. whenever i'm feeling defeated or intimidated or overwhelmed or powerless, i need to remember those words in the first frame. they say it all.

My wife misses you and the family dearly and is proclaiming to me that she is going up to Sacramento this weekend regardless of her own family. We want to be able to join your husband in birthday celebration but the situation is fluid...maybe not because Kawami proclaims from on high that she is trekking up I80 with or without us. Oh well.
